Public Notification is a vital communication tool used under MSPO Scheme Certification, to inform related interested public about upcoming MSPO Certification audit that shall be conduct at assigned area (Palm Oil Estate and Mill) thus forming a stakeholder consultation.
This is mainly to promote transparency, public awareness and encourage civic engagement by providing timely and accurate information about the premises that about to be audited by TRANS.
This consultation also aims to provide sufficient assurance that the requirements of the certification standard under MSPO Certification Scheme have been complied by the management unit.
TRANS are encourage all relevant nearby stakeholders to participate during the audit (at stated date and time written in the letter) and welcoming any opinion and input about the audited site.
Among the stakeholders are include, but not limited to, the surrounding communities, nearby health clinic, nearby police station, forestry officer, land officer, nearby school teacher’s representative, representatives of indigenous people, neighbouring land owner, as well as contractors.
